She kisses me with lips
which were made to fit mine
I taste her neck
and it tastes like wine
I inhale the smell of her
my heart melts from my chest
when she is near me
my body wants no rest
Then she leaves to go
my mind races and wanders
I am unable to sleep
only lay and ponder
As the clock counts the time
and my heart slows it's beat
I think of her and smile
as I drift off to peaceful sleep
